How green is the ink? We have GOTS and Oeko Tex certificates for this product. It is a totally environmentally friendly and biodegradable sustainable product.
What is the environmental impact of your product? There is no environmental impact of using our Pioneer Ultra YC products because it is a green product, which is approved by global brands.
What makes it unique? In the textile printing segment, this is the first “plastisol” ink manufactured under PVC/phthalate-free inks category. Conventional plastisol ink system, which contains PVC and phthalate, has unlimited screen stability, which is very much required to work on automatic textile printing machines with a higher flash cure temperature using finer mesh counts (120 threads per cm) generally used for halftone printing. Water-based textile ink system, though considered to be a green, does not match with the features of unlimited screen stability and it is not workable under higher flash temperatures with finer mesh counts to produce halftone printing and not matchable for production speed because of screen choking issues. We have developed Pioneer Ultra YC, which is an alternative to conventional plastisol system and it meets all the brand requirements.
Who should choose it? Domestic and international brands (buyers), garment manufacturers and garment screen/transfer printers.
How do you rank it in terms of the ‘aha’ factor? It’s the #1 ink in this segment and #1 globally.
How does it score on the authoritative tactile quality? It has a soft and more flexible nature, and it can be used for organic cotton printing, too. So, it is top in quality.
Where do you source pigments, resins, oils, organic chemicals, solvents, and additives for this product? From world’s best raw material manufacturers and locked with non-disclosure agreements.
What other grades are offered by your company? HS-Hybrid water-based inks for direct printing, TA-PU water-based inks for direct and transfer printing, TCI discharge print, ONI/ONB – phthalate free plastisol inks, DSD – Digital Sublimation transfer Printing Inks, PTX – Pad Printing Inks, NF – Nyloflex inks for ribbon printing, Nylotex NXI, Nylobag NBI inks for direct and transfer printing on sportswear materials and so many other accessory products.
